Dispatch Time:
- If your order involves gemstones to be set in jewelry or certification from additional laboratories, it may take approximately 4-5 days to prepare.
- For loose gemstones or ready-to-ship items, the dispatch time ranges from the same day to 2 days from the order date.

Custom Duties & Taxes (Outside India): Please note that Gemstone Emporium is not responsible for customs charges, duties, VAT, or other local taxes that may be applied by your country. These fees are beyond our control and vary by location. However, we are experienced in handling such situations and fully cooperate to provide any required documentation or support. Currently, there is no import duty on loose gemstones in the US, Canada, and Europe, whereas other countries generally have a minimal import duty of around 1%.
For professional buyers, VAT may also be recoverable. We recommend consulting your local customs authorities for further information.
If international orders, once dispatched, are either refused or cancelled, the customer is responsible for all custom duties and VAT applied to return the items to us. Only after the returned item is received by us will any refund be processed, minus all applicable fees, duties, and VAT, in accordance with our refund policy.
